If your shipment is lost or damaged , we will send you new goods immediately.
We choose our carriers carefully, but to err is human and anything can happen. With the package insurance service, in case of damage, loss or mix-up of the package, we will send you a package with new goods immediately.
To claim insurance, simply report the lost package or, in case of damage, document it, and we will immediately send you a package with brand new goods.
