Orders for products in stock are shipped immediately and the next business day you will receive your order at home.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT?

In this case we do our best to restock it as soon as possible. Usually we manage to do so within 1–2 weeks.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

WHAT SIZE OF CLOTHING SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR A NEWBORN?

We recommend size 50. This size is designed for the smallest babies from birth.

How long will a newborn wear size 50?

This size usually lasts approximately 1–2 months (sometimes longer) depending on how quickly the baby grows. Size 50 fits babies weighing between 2 and 4 kg.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR BABIES FROM BIRTH?

Yes, all our clothing is made from materials certified for babies from birth. Our materials carry the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 class 1 certification. These are fabrics of the highest quality that are very resistant to wear. 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR THE PRODUCTS?

In the description of each product you will find precise care instructions for that specific item. The description can also be found on the paper label and the fabric label attached to the product.

All clothing for babies and mothers is designed with frequent washing in mind and the materials used are adapted to this. Even after frequent washing they retain their shape, softness and colour durability of the prints.

I want to match outfits with my baby – which colours should I choose?

We create Moniel clothing so that it is so-called matchy matchy. Clothing for women (nightgowns, robes, hoodies, sweatpants and more) and clothing for children (rompers, bodysuits, hats, headbands, sweatpants and more) are sewn from the same fabrics, so you can match in the same colour. You can also combine colours from different collections – most colours are selected so they work perfectly together.

What clothing should I choose for a newborn photoshoot?

For a newborn photoshoot we recommend matching the same colours or colours from one collection. All our products are designed to look great in photos, so choose the colour according to your taste. For photos we recommend a nightgown for the mother and a size 50 romper for the baby, optionally add a newborn knot hat. A great option is also a sweat suit in which the whole family can match, because our classic sweatshirts fit both women and men perfectly and for children choose a children’s sweat suit in the same colour.

WHY ARE THE CLOTHES NOT CHEAP?

Moniel clothing is sewn for you in a workshop in the Czech Republic. We use the highest quality materials, not only premium fabric but also threads, zippers, needles and more. Thanks to this our clothing has unique properties and withstands a large number of washes. We care about you being 100% satisfied with the clothing and we also care deeply about nature. During production, storage and shipping we therefore protect our planet, use recycled and recyclable materials and use eco-friendly technologies that save water and energy. All our products are sewn by our seamstresses with love under fair and fair trade conditions. Therefore we can never match the price of large foreign mass production, but you can be sure that you are buying quality that will last for years and that you will truly love.

WHEN DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

For all orders over 2500 CZK or 105 EUR we pay the shipping for you.

DO YOU ALSO DELIVER TO SLOVAKIA?

Yes, we regularly send packages to Slovakia as well. During checkout simply choose in the step Shipping & payment the option delivery country: Slovakia and currency: EUR.

DO YOU ALSO DELIVER TO OTHER COUNTRIES?

Yes, we deliver to many other countries. You can see the list of countries in the Shipping & payment step by opening the delivery country menu.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Standard payment methods include bank transfer, online card payment, instant online bank transfer, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

IS CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

Cash on delivery is not offered by default. If for any reason you want to pay by cash on delivery, call us or write to us and we will gladly make an exception and send the package with cash on delivery.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN EUR?

Yes, orders to Slovakia or other countries outside the Czech Republic can be paid in EUR.

CAN I ORDER A MONIEL PACKAGE AS A GIFT WITH DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Of course, we will be happy to help you make someone close to you happy. When placing your order, enter your address as the billing address and as the delivery address enter the address of the person you want to send the Moniel gift to. All our packages are packed with absolute precision, love and in a way that makes opening them a joy. We firmly believe that your gift will bring a huge smile to the recipient’s face and fulfil its purpose 100%. 

HOW TO APPLY MULTIPLE GIFT VOUCHERS IN ONE ORDER?

You can redeem the gift voucher in the cart. Simply enter the voucher code and the discount will be deducted from the entire order. If you have multiple vouchers please send us the codes of both vouchers to zakaznici@moniel.cz and we will send you one voucher for the total amount.

CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER FOR TWO ORDERS?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Each voucher can only be used once and cannot be split across multiple orders. Therefore we recommend treating yourself to another product and paying the remaining amount.
